well, it t'ain't mine, but that's a good era, i reckon. saw it on the Weber board. wouldn't mind looking under the hood to see what kinda routing was done.

I have a 1986 MIJ Squier Tele. I need to buy a new set of neck bolts. I stripped one of the heads when I was putting the neck back on.

Damn, I miss playing that guitar.

I was actually considering switching the neck pickup on my tele to the tele custom split humbucker style. I already have the body routed to fit it in there. Anyone have any experience with this type of pickup? What kinda tones can you get out of it?

i've had that exact pickup before. it's good. doesn't sound anything like a typical Gibson/aftermarket HB, imo. has some Tele character with some humbucker girth.
