Members villy Posted August 13, 2006 Members Share Posted August 13, 2006 hello all.. i posted about a week ago mentioning that i had ordered the new roland sh-201. i went on vacation and came back and it had been delivered and was patiently awaiting me so now i'm trying to set it up with my computer. it works great with my amp.. plugged it in and worked perfectly. now, since i'd rather have my amp downstairs with the big keyboard, i'm trying to hook up the sh-201 to my windows XP machine so i can 1) use the patch editor/library 2) use it as a controller for finale and 3) get sound it to sound out of the computer speakers. from what i understand it can be used to do all of these, but i'm having trouble getting it to do #s 2 and 3. i installed the software and the USB drivers.. anyone know what i'm missing? thanks as always!
