Members GuyaGuy
everyone loves the boss thingy. i use the built-in tuner on the Yamaha Magicstomp and it does just fine and it cost less than the boss stomper. i used to use a DOD tuner--cheap plastic and it worked well. T 12 i think it's called?
Members ScreamCage
the DT-10 is the best IMO. it's by Korg, so go check out their homepage.

I had the PT-100 I think it was. Horrible. Couldn't find the note to save its life. I used it for one horrible gig and found it impossible to tune my guitar with. Get a TU-2 and be done with it. Members Skybone
The Danelectro DJ-25 Chromatic Tuner. Cheap, small and effective (and lights up when you use a PSU). What more can you ask for?
Members cqc6
Hey, I like th Boss TU-2 If I needed a new tuner I'd buy a Peterson pedal tuner next. The Boss is great for the price.
Members PFLOYD
CHECK OUT THE KORG RACK MOUNT TUNERS... I HAVE A CONN STROBE TUNER, AND BOUGHT THE KORG. I THINK IT IS A GOOD IDEA. 'MATTER OF FACT, GET BOTH, AND LEARN HOW TO SET INTONATION WITH THE CONN. BEING IN TUNE IS POINTLESS IF YOUR INTONATION IS OUT!
Members Fourth Floor
another vote for DT10 for bang for buck. the strobostomp is great but you'll pay for it. The TU2 is not terribly flash and the Korg outranks it.
