Members itstartsstoppin
I have a dd-20(which i love and am very content with) however i want to add another delay so i can use delay while looping on the dd-20. Since this will probably be the only time i use it i will like something moderatly small, true bypass(or at least something that wont affect my tone at all or make any noise) and is pretty cheap. I was intersted in the echo park(especially because of the volume swell) but with all i have heard about the hiss it produces with alternate power sources i am afraid to add it to my board. should i just go with a dd-3 or would you recomend something else. thanks! Members BmoreTele
First, there aren't very many delays with true bypass. What kind of delay do you want to use while looping? Slapback, doubling, thickening, "Fly like an Eagle," Gilmour, modulated, reverse, etc., etc.? Fine the sound you want and then find the way to make it. There's lots of very good delays out there, just depends on what you really want it for.
