Members booher Posted April 5, 2006 Members Share Posted April 5, 2006 What do you use it for? No, not like HOW do you use it, but where do you see the most noticeable effect to your pedal? I hear it does crazy stuff with the fish n' chips, and works great with fuzzes and ODs. But does anyone have any specific pedals where they really liked the outcome? Members Tweeker50 Posted April 5, 2006 Members Share Posted April 5, 2006 The only pedal I liked with the voltage sagged on my PP2 was the Voodoo Lab Analog Chorus. It changed the pedal from somewhat flat and unexciting to very lush by increasing the depth.I never liked it for my overdrives - it just increased the gain at lower settings and made for less range of gain control. I hate to admit it, but in almost all cases, my overdrives sound better using a battery.You make like the crazy stuff it does for your pedals - it's certainly worth a try.
