Members TheGZeus,OnFire
Like, a single multi-effect sized module with slots for the modules. Hell, I'm sure they'd be able to save prets settings for each. 3-4 slots.... THe only question is would the order be able tobe set without moving the modules... Members hoerni
Actually the Line 6 modules don't do anything except provide inputs and a programming EPROM for the DSP housed in the ToneCore base. I don't see the benefit of a multi system as it would need one DSP for each module anyway (or figure out some other way of using multiple programs together - not easy). Members TheGZeus,OnFire
But really if they don't do this, what the hell good are the modules? Wanna switch out modules between/during songs? Are they going to come out with strat pickguards that how one?
Members dot-dot-dot
The modules obviously simplify their supply chain - make lots of housings, then just the modules they need to restock their distributors. Potential stock exposure is therefore greatly reduced.
Members goblinsolutions
hey! the boss MEX is awesome.. it does what it says and the box and has saved me from the tone nightmare of digital fx distortion while still avoiding toe-tapping in a gig/ it bombed because the greedy boss buggers priced at waaay too high.It cost more than the eqivelant unit with distortions included so nobody bought them. I just bought 2 from ebay for less than
