Members TIKILOCKEDOUT Posted May 27, 2006 Members Share Posted May 27, 2006 Will was always pretty straight forward effects wise and didn't use a great deal ... he used a tremolo arm and reverb more than anything else. I have seen him mostly with Rickenbackers and Telecasters over the years - he was probably ( though I can't recall right now ) using clean amps - I'll get back to you on it if I can remember. Billy Duffy is usually just straight into a stock Marshall with an LP Deluxe cause he always wanted to be like Steve Jones basically - sure, he got the Marshall thing wrong though. I've seen him using all kinds of guitars over the years. This pic below is another example of how he chops and changes.
