Members TheAtomicJeff
Man I can't wait. I saw them back in '99 and they were supreme. A real rock-n-roll band.
Members TeamoDave
Have a good time. I just heard a recent live Crowes concert on the radio and you are in for a helluva show. I saw them once before they hit it big in Oakland years ago. They were opening for Junkyard, lol. Junkyard was good but the Crowes kicked ass that night. Members TheAtomicJeff
Smirnoff Music Center (formerly Starplex) near Fairpark. I think tickets are still availabe. Three bands and the show starts at 05:00 PM.
Members Wilbo26
We're not leaving Austin till 6:00 pm at the earliest, so we would be hard pressed to make it for Crowes. Tickets were 45.99 plus 8.99 'convenience fee' so not even close to worth it to try and make it just to catch the end. That sucks.
Members Wilbo26
Although we are thinking that the Def Leopard/Journy concert would be pretty funny.

Members TheAtomicJeff
Fender Teles, Gibson LPs and a 335 were pretty much the order of the night. They came on at 09:30 PM and ended at 11:30 PM. I thought they were great but be prepared for extended versions of almost every song due to long jams. The set list changes nightly. Here's the list from the Dallas show: Good Friday Greasy Grass River Sting Me Another Roadside Tragedy Ballad In Urgency Wiser Time Let It Be Gone Lay It All On Me Thorn In My Pride Alabama Nonfiction Remedy - encore - Around And Around Opener Robert Randolph and the Family Band = WOW!
