Toadworks Meat Verdict

I got a chance to really test the Meat this evening (yeah, ha-ha) and I have to say, it's exactly what I was hoping for. I turned the fat knob off completely and went for straight clean boost. Sounded fantastic with both my Fulltone II and OCD. I must admit, I'm new to clean boosts, so I can't compare it to others, aside from about five minutes of messing about with Knowdice's Super Duper 2 In 1 (sounded nice as well, but I didn't crank it). Anyhow, for $104, I think I got a very nice pedal that I will definitely be keeping it in my chain.

Yeah, I'm sure it adds low-end. I only mention it since I recently got a Catalinbread SPP, which adds a pretty good amount of low-end as well, and it sounds great (and loud) in front of an overdrive.
