First, I have a Budda SD30 that I use the AC booster with to boost for leads. I have it pretty much flat on the eq and the gain at 8 o'clock and volume just past noon. That really thickens up the gain channel on the Budda - especially for solos. Also I have a Dr Z Carmen Ghia. For that I use the AC booster as a primary overdrive to kick the amp up a notch. I run the EQ mostly even - maybe a touch of highs depending on guitar (LP or Strat btw). I run the gain around noon and volume around noon to one o'clock.
