Members TheGreatGreen
I'm looking for a good eq pedal to put in the loop of my 5150. Nothing too fancy, but I would like the best sound/money ratio I can get. Any ideas?

Members Skwisgaar
EQ is in your hands and you guitar, if you hands sucks and you guitars sucks then you EQ will suck, no pedals can fixing this.

Members TheGreatGreen
what does eq have to do with technique? lol.. let me worry about my technique. I'm just asking what's the best bang for the buck eq pedal, in your opinion.
Members therhodeo
Originally posted by Televator I seems like no one on here has; I'd still like to know though. Because everyone on here has a F&C. I want to pick one up sometime to add some bottom to my crunch box.

I've used the old 6 band blue eq that didn't have a footswitch...worked really good for me! I like the fact that the new mxr 6 band has lit sliders. Members stereotypy
well i think the mxr is quiet too. but that is just speculation. you have more control for it is a 10 band eq. but i thought i saw one or two boards on here with the mxr on in the last 6-9 months... Members therhodeo
You might think about something besides a graphic like a morning dew eq or the cleaness.
Members sense_of_henry
I have a Fish & Chips and MXR 10-band. The Dano is good, I would recommend it to anyone. The MXR is a lot better. It made me rethink the whole "what if you could only have one pedal?" question.

I concur. I sound like me, whatever gear I play. There's no I in EQ.
