Members ohante
Can anyone recommend a shop that cleans up and fixes pedals in the Chicago area? More specifically, an Original Crybaby Wah and an early 80s Boss DF-2. Thanks in advance!

Members mark7171
because the df-2's arent made anymore. also they have one of the coolest distortion features ever !... a oscillating feedback generator that fades in when held down. the light LED blinks and it builds and builds. you can use the effect like a expression pedal. you stomp and hold it to creat a harmonic distortion. then you keep her held down, to sustain the feedback harmonic, and solo to it. then release it, change positions, and hold down again. making another screaming harmonic in a different key, and start soloing over again. no other pedal does that. incredible. it should be cloned. they have a legal history with a name change as a result. the distortion circuit is the DS-1 which is pretty good too. IMO best distortion FX ever. huge following that i know. infohttp://www.bossarea.com/loadpage.asp?file=boxes/df2.xml
