I run a stereo set up with the talkbox between the amp and cab of one amp. That way I still have a dry signal coming from the other amp. Of course, this involves a PA system. Exactly the sound I was expecting. If you have a good mid to high gain distorted signal than you'll have that Frampton/Perry/Walsh/Sambora sound instantly.
