Members TJ000 Posted January 8, 2007 Members Share Posted January 8, 2007 Just so you guys know...I did Devi's DS1 mod and it sounds great...tried the D4/D5 removal mod and now Devi's mod doesn't work...it sounds better as a distortion unit but Devi's mod doesn't work with it... I believe one of the contact points for the trem mod is on either the d4 or d5. I thought maybe because I took them out, it didn't work. But, I put some diodes back in (not sure if they were exactly the same or not), and it still didn't work, so I don't know what the problem is. I've tried dfferent places along that trace and I can't get it to work. I'm guessing whatever value those diodes are is essential to the mod.
