Members Zlandicar
Is it true bypass or not? I hear conflicting answers on this. Has anyone actually opened theirs up to look?
Members formisano
absolutely not true bypass. Instead, it has a wonderful buffer. If you don't want to have a non-true-bypass tuner in your signal chain, just send a feed to the input of the DT10 from any 2nd output on another pedal (I use the 2nd output of a Bad Monkey. Members Zlandicar
I'm not really worried about it. I just wanted to know for sure since no one who wrote any reviews or advertised it did. I'm prolly gonna get a StroboStomp anyway now that the bills are paid. The only thing wrong with that is that I like to use the tuner for a mute pedal sometimes. For someone not doing that, it's a good idea.
Members lostandfoundpdx
the buffer is top notch, and tone-wise, i hear no discernable difference with it in or out of the chain. its a great unit, i'm bummed/pissed that i had to sell mine:( oh well, i will get a new black one as soon as i can afford it again... any word on the new one vs. the old? i know you can daisy chain off of it, but are there any other advatages? is the bypass as good, sturdy?? Members Lanefair
The buffer really is nice. And you can use two outputs at once.
Members TeleMan1985
Wonderful tuner - I have no complaints with it. I've owned a TU-2 aswell, and frankly, the Korg leaves it in the shade...

Members monoverb
the best thing about a (Ernie Ball) volume pedal is the tuner out..I dont get why more people dont use this funtion.... You could attach it to a tuning fork and your main signal would be fine.
