The magazine Consumer Reports does quality testing. and accumulates failure rate data and stuff on a lot of products.It'd be interesting to see them, or someone else, do something similar for synths.It'd be nice to know how much of what you hear and read has some factual basis to it, and how much is just internet hysteria/rumors.
