Members Onswah
in the effects forum? I have been listening to a lot lately to people using ES-330 guitars and was really digging the tone. However I'm not so much digging the $2000- $3000 price tag for one of them. Maybe a casino? I don't know. Does anyone have any experience with a hollow bodied guitar with P90s? Will my fuzz work with them or am I just ask for a {censored}storm of feedback?
Members grayeyes777
You shouldn't really have a problem with feedback from a smaller body guitar. An L5 or something usually has more of a feedback issue. I got an ibanez for 200 bucks and threw some 57 classic pickups in it and it sounds decent. I would love to step up to a 335 but just cant justify the money being spent now.
Members Roy Brooks
You might as well save up $3500 or so and get yourself a really nice mid-sixties ES-330 with a neck join at teh 16th fret. You only live once. Might as well own and play the real thing. I rock teh 1956 ES-175D.
