Members Fender&EHX4ever
If you are still using the stock Reissue BMP, it's worth the extra $$$ to get this mod. The fuzz is richer, the tone sweep is clearer, the hiss is gone, and there's a lot less noise when I crank the sustain. I am sooooo psyched! Anyone else out there have this much for the Classic mod? http://ronsound.com/

Members tenoken
Which one did you go with, the classic, '75, or '81? Does he always ship them back as bare metal with that decal?
Members Fender&EHX4ever
I went with the Classic. I didn't buy the pedal from Ron, I just did the mod to a Reissue USA BMP I bought on eBay for under $40. I paid another $45 for Ron's mod. With shipping costs and a power supply, the whole shebang cost a little over $100, which I believe is a total bargain for the sound quality. I don't think Ron is really into the cosmetics of the pedals. He's more about the sound quality and reliability of the components.
Members Boron
I bought a Flender from Ron before the fender blender reissue was available - totally rocked, and I wanted to order a pre built hairpie from him but right at the time someone here had some sort of bad experience with a mod turnaround time, so I got a bit scared off. His pedals always get the double thumbs up in my experience and from what I've read. I'm finally happy with my Muff sound again - a green 'thin font' russian that I got for a total bargain. Yay! Members tenoken
Good to hear. I'm gonna re-house my USA Big Muff and try out a variety of mods. Already did the Creamy Dreamer and a mid boost. Cool stuff!
Members blackjack davey
According to his site, that classic mod was the foundation for the Creamy Dreamer. I might have to look into getting a used Black Russian on the cheap and send it over to him.
