It has to be secure (as it will be in public places, so no latches). Removable hinges are hard to come across. I know if two types. One is a 'lift-off' hinge. This would be able to slide sideways to remove it, however, the axle looks to be somewhat easily bent. These are more commonly used in cabinets. Another option is a hook-type hinge. This means when I open the case past 90 degrees, it should almost just fall off. To me, that isnt very secure and I dont want the lid coming off all the time, breaking, falling, etc. What I need is a hinge that can be removed fairly easily. It has to be secure and it has to be able to keep the lid on from 0-180 degrees. I hope some of you guys know what i'm looking for here.
