I play a BF-3 flanger and a small clone chorus with my TS-808 through a 66 Fender Pro Reverb. I can't get modulation to sound good with my distortion. I like my chorus brighter and slightly transparent and my flanging smooth. Even when I go to gear shops and try different set ups I can't get chorus/flanger to sound good with dirt. Any suggestions?
