Well I finally bit the bullet and bought a Synthesizers.com analog modular synthesizer! I was a little hesitant about spending that much but once I got the system I was in a constant state of

Here's a pic of me about to patch an EG to my ladder filter

I made a couple videos of it...

I love the Radias. I use it mainly as a MIDI controller, or as a step sequencer for my Dotcom, and I use it to process effects at the same time. When I go somewhere to jam I take the Korg. The Dotcom isn't exactly travel-friendly :p

a) how do you send note data from the RADIUS?

By simply connecting the RADIAS to the MIDI interface module http://www.synthesizers.com/q104.html

b) travel friendly? sheesh ... you picked the wrong. you need this one:

that and a trailer are all you need. and a bunch more keyboards. stop laughing. i'm {censored}ing serious here.

Unfortunately I don't have the money (or the need) to do that. I actually hanen't tried putting the rack in my car. Idk... it might just fit :)

i'm sorry i wasn't specific enough. i meant how do you send the note data from the RADIUM sequencers to the modular?

does the RADIOS send step sequencer data out as MIDI when the sequencers are running?

The RIDEUS can be configured to send MIDI directly from the keyboard or post sequencer/arpeggiator.
