Setting up my chain

So right now I've got a pretty decent chain going but I am trying to really zone in and get the best tone out of my rig. My goal is to achieve a really solid bluesy tone, circa Derrick and the Dominoes, mixed with the ability be tasty and raucous like a Neil Young lead and come through the mix on the other side.

 

Here is what I am currently working with;

 

Guitar: 62' RI Strat (2000) operating at volume 3-5

Amp: 59' Bassman RI operating @ volume 10

Pedals (in the order I play them currently): T/B Vox Wah, Boss TU-2 tuner, Ibanez DE-7 echo/delay, MXR M-108 10 band eq setup to boost mid-channel, gain and volume -4db, Ibanez TS-9 w/ Robert Keeley Mod Plus.

 

Does this look like a conventional way to set up the rig given my aspirations? Also, when I turn on the Wah pedal it gets REALLY fecking loud sometimes. Any ideas?
