Set it to dotted eights tap delay. Effect level about 2 o clock and repeats about twelve o clock. Also you could set your pedals up like this: Guitar > DD6 left in > DD6 left out > CH1 in >CH1 out > DD6 right in > DD6 right out > amp. It might sound good, it might not.

Everything at noon 800ms mode. This is my generic delay. But when I want dotted 8ths without having to tap tempo, 800ms mode, level full, repeats minimum, time 11 o'clock.
