Members pianorocker
Hi, My receipt says that there is a 30 day full, satisfaction guarantee that you can return items in the condition you recieved them. It doesn't list pedals as an exception has anyone ever returned one? Any issues? Thanks,Caleb
Members surfcat
I've returned 2 guitars. Can't see why pedals would be any different. That's really the one good thing about GC that smaller stores rarely match-most have a no return policy, which really sucks.
Members pianorocker
Thanks! I decided that I now want an ehx smmh instead of my dd-7. I need the reverse/reverse loop...wish I could keep them both.
Members zwtyo
I wish the closest GC wasn't 50 miles from where I live...
Members TheAtomicJeff
I've returned tons of pedals to GC. If they ask why, tell them it just doesn't work well with your guitar/amp setup. If they ask, "Didn't you try it in the store?", reply, "Yes, but it's so loud in the store that one cannot possibly get a good idea how it really sounds". Most of their pedals are tied down and attached to a Gorilla amp. How would I possibly have any idea how it's gonna sound with my rig? They do ask questions and try to disuade you from returning it, but they do take it back.
