Members Tengo Posted June 5, 2008 Members Share Posted June 5, 2008 This is the thing, I want an amp for my acoustic guitar, but I'm running 10 pedals in the middle so I don't want to grab an AER. Therefore, I'm thinking a tube amp with REALLY nice clean tones and a footswitch to kick in some dirt here and there. Members easyliver Posted June 6, 2008 Members Share Posted June 6, 2008 well, i used a fender acoustasonic myself a few years back when i played a lot of coffee house gigs. it had both a 1/4 in. input and an xlr which was handy since i don't own a PA...it cut really well, even when i sang and played at the same time, a lot of headroom for an acoustic amp IMO. hope that helps...
