Members Russell_1982
Just wondering if anyone can help me. I'm trying to figure out if i can buy pedals in the US and just use a UK power supply or is it more tricky than that? I know the voltage is different but i didnt know if the power supply/adapter would take care of that or if there's more to it. If anyone could help me out that'd be great. Thanks in advance,Russ
Members TweedBassman
the power supply needs to be correct for your house voltage (240 volts in the UK, right?) and then convert it to what the pedal needs (9 volts or whatever). so, you can get pedals in the US and as long as whatever power supply you use in the UK outputs the correct voltage and milliamps that the pedal wants, you should be fine.
