Effects price comparison thread.

Is anyone interested in making this thread a specialised thread for asking questions about price and price comparisons? I never bother to check every 'how much should I pay for x/Is this a bargain?' threads, figure this could be an easier way to check all prices for pedals other users have. I mean, cmon, between us, we must have almost every kind, right?

 

This may kind of fail due to pricing diferences, as I know that yank's tend to have it a little easier on most pedals, I mean, you go to an aussie retailer like Billy Hyde and check out their prices on basic boss pedals and youll see what I mean.

 

So here's my one: There is a roland RE-201 space echo for sale at my local store, small place surprisingly enough, for $999. (Played it and fell totally in love, btw) I've heard that these go for way upwards of a grand sometimes, is this still the case?

going rate seems to be between 4 and 9 hundred on ebay here in the us. looks like there are nice ones to be had in the $500 range. Of course with ebay you have to buy sight unseen and these units are well known for requiring a lot of maintainence

I think the thread is a cool idea, and having all the price checks in one place would be nice.
