Members D-River Posted November 3, 2008 Members Share Posted November 3, 2008 I have the russian reissue of the Big Muff Pi (this one )...when I stomp on the switch the effect kicks in at extremely low volume, and I have to turn it off and then on again for a couple of times, and then it kicks in properly...a friend told me that it's a common problem for Muffs and that I have to put some contact cleaner in the switch every 2 months; I did it and the problem seemed gone, but after a few days was back...what can I do? do I need to spray more contact cleaner? where do I have to spray it exactly?
