I want to use my midi footswitch (Roland FC-200 foot controller) to do the things I normally do while multitracking in Cakewalk... Record, stop, undo, and return to the beginning of the song. I never used this function, but I remember reading about doing this somewhere in the Cubase manual. You can dedicate specific midi note numbers to functions. Maybe best to ask at the Sonar forums.
