Members solarburn
I have a DSL50 and use my overdrive pedals on the crunch channel. How does this pedal do on a slightly overdriven amp already? Here's what I use already no particular order and I combine them too:!. Bad Monkey2. Boosta Grande3. Ht Dual4. Lovepedal Eternity5. Homebrew Germanium
Members Bill Cosby
any OD pedal into a slightly cranked amp is going to sound good.take a DS-1 for example, sounds good into a decent tube amp cranked a little.
Members bvester
I would usually associate those pedals with amp-pushing more so than the DD.

No. A DS1 used with a good tube amp ruins the tone altogether. :poke: Traded my Keeley modded DS-1 cause It just wasn't usable for me.
Members solarburn
Anybody with experience using the Barber DD as a boost as opposed to a stand alone overdrive into a totally clean channel? Maybe the LTD would be a better fit?
Members machine gunner
The Direct Drive works best IMO into a clean amp.
