Members -DC/AC- Posted March 26, 2009 Members Share Posted March 26, 2009 I assume you mean the Signa Drive not Comp, is this correct. If so, it all depends on what you're looking for. The Signa Drive has three different tones via the toggle switch and can go from a boost, to a tubescreamer, and an open, Marshally tone. The DLS on the other is the ultimate rock/blues box in my opinion. It can do a dirty boost, and Marshall overdrive of course. The DLS is the best simulation of a Marshall I have every played and I've compared it to a Fulltone OCD, Zvex BoR, Lovepedal COT, and Himmelstrutz Fetto. The DLS responds just like an amp.
