Members oceanofnoise
Good? Bad? I've been wanting a DRRI but they're a little out of my price range, so I'm looking at the older, cheaper ones.
Members andreas
Excellent! They hardly changed at all during the '70s, so any of the silverface ones should be just fine. /Andreas
Guest Guest
77 and younger have a pull-boost. Not quite as desirable, and they run the reverb tube a little hotter (regardless of whether or not the boost is engaged). Still sounded very good though. Members cleverbastid
They're like 650 used, do the older ones get cheaper?
Members Beef
I have a '74. It's excellent. Sounds great, no reliability issues. If you find one in good shape go for it.
