Byoc bluesbreaker vs GGG

One difference I can see between the schematics are the power section, which probably won't have any effect on the tone, as long as they are both giving off 4.5v (I think). The only other differences that I see is that R5 on the BYOC is divided almost in half into R8 and R7 by C7 on the GGG. Also, the last resistor on the BYOC one (R10) is 100k, where on GGG, it is 1M5 (R13)

Whether those changes are worth $10 to you or not, that's your call.

As for the sonic differences, I can't comment as I've never built either, just letting you know the differences.

Thanks for the info, but I'm not sure what to make of it. I can't get the Byoc website to work-it locks up my page so I don't have any info on it. Anyone else having trouble accessing their website? I've listened to clips and it sounds really low gain. Does it have as much as a tubescreamer? I usually use tubescreamers at about halfway on the gain knob.
