Members cvogue
I picked up a Micro BR for 100 bucks used, pretty cool! I'm wondering, is it possible to turn an MP3 into 2 (stereo) tracks in the recorder itself? My idea is to use it to record my playing over MP3 backing tracks and turn that result back into an MP3. Can this be done with the Micro BR? Thanks for any insight.
Members kyp
You can load an mp3 into the recording section, but I don't know if the mp3 can load in stereo. But you can definitely record your playing over the mp3 and output that as an mp3. I'm not sure about making that stereo, but I think it'll do that. I never use it in stereo. Try asking here. http://bossbr.net/ There's info, manual, etc. on the boss site also.

Yeah stereo isn't really that important... do you know what folder you put the MP3 file in to get it in the recording section? Somewhere in the Roland directory structure I'd guess, but where?
