Members cvogue Posted October 1, 2009 Members Share Posted October 1, 2009 We do "Rocky Mountain Way" and "Show Me the Way" (Frampton) and I use my wah-wah pedal right now, thinking about getting a talk box. Members Old Fart Rocker Posted October 1, 2009 Members Share Posted October 1, 2009 I have a real old one that works great, but it's bulky, heavy, and I hve to run 2 speaker cables from my amp to the tb and back. My understanding is that the newer Banshee tb's are easy to use/setup. I would look at one of those if I were you. As far as using one goes, just play around with it. However, having the talkbox feed your amp aswell as the talkbox effect would be mighty useful. When I used the first banshee in a single guitarist band setting I found that the effect could've done with beefing up with some amp soundage. Depends what you need I guess...
