Schematic for a small buffer pedal?

I know someone posted one a little while ago, but I can't find it, partially due to the wonderful search feature. I'm looking for something similar to the DoobTone buffer. Anyone have that schematic handy?

This vero is the same as the Doobtone, but the DT uses an LM741 opamp. You could use either

If you build the one posted (the layout or the second to last one on the AMZ link), it is suggested to raise the two resistors to 2M each, so you have in input impedance of 1M instead of 500k.
