Members soundwave106 Posted May 27, 2008 Members Share Posted May 27, 2008 JV1010's a good workhorse synth, I use mine live out for all your standard piano / strings / ROMpler sound needs. It does not have the Wavestation architecture, therefore it can't do the evolving pads that the Wavestation can... in fact, I don't consider the JV1010 a really good pad machine. (Perhaps it could be programmed in, but editing a JV1010 is impossible without a computer, and I've got better pad machines both as VSTs and in hardware).
