Members misterstomach
i don't make {censored} off my music and never have, but i work for bands and {censored} sometimes and get paid for that. is that a music industry job? i guess, but i hate to think of it that way. it's not 50% of my income though, i don't think. i don't like to do the real math of my finances because it's really depressing. it's only a small piece of a bunch of weird {censored} i do to barely get by. Members humancertainty
I was making my entire living playing music for a few years. I parted ways with those folks and right now I'm a bus boy. I have a session gig playing bass on someone's solo album coming up that will pay OK, though, and I'm doing a seven week tour early next year that will pay pretty well. Again as a session bass player.
