Members Beastly
Everything i take off my pc and put onto the CF Card plays at like 3-4x the natural speed. Even if i pull the tempo down to zero, hit octave, im still probably around a half dozen semitones too fast. Now, ive tried putting various txt files with tempo speeds in there with it, but it has no effect whatsoever. This only pertains to files from my pc that have never been on the 2880 before. Recorded and restored loops play properly, but anything i didnt record on the 2880 in the first place is {censored}ed. anybody help me out? while im on the subject, say you have a stereo wav file you want to put on the master track. do you really need to also make 4 blank tracks (1-4) of the same length to make it play? this was the only solution i could think of, but it seems pretty stupid, especially when you are waiting like 40+ minutes for it to transfer 4 blank files. Members tape
your wav file needs to be the right samplerate. I dont know what it is off the top of my head but just match the samplerate to the ones recorded off the 2880 and you'll be fine.

Members tape
thats really weird if they're the same samplerate. it must be some kind of wav file header thing. wish I could help more. I have a 2880 but dont really offload stuff from the PC to this.
