Members GrooveSkipInc
Does anyone have any experience with this? I'm seriously considering picking one up to use as a midi controller (for my timefactor and modfactor) and a loop switcher for my dirt pedals. Any feedback would be helpful - reviews seem to be really positive, but I'd like to hear from actual people who have used one in live situations. Members ChuckNorris1982
It's a really awesome unit, but frankly it's a very expensive solution for what you're looking for. If you just want something to use as a loop switcher that has midi capabilities to switch patches on your Eventide stuff, you'd be way better getting a Musicom switcher. It's cheaper, smaller, has more external loops (8 loops vs the G System's 4 loops) and can do all your external midi switching too. http://www.musicomlab.co.kr/ Of course if you think you'd make use of the effects on the G System, then the G System is a great solution, but if all you want to do is control analogue pedals and your Eventides then the Musicom is a way better solution.
