Members polar69 Posted December 7, 2008 Members Share Posted December 7, 2008 Okay so I got a xenyx 1202 with an aux send so I don't have to use my zoom in line any more Obviously the aux send goes to the effects box but where should it come back in ? I've read the manual and its a bit vague to say the least. Also is it ok to use a "Y" lead to connect my l/r outs from an1x to the line in socket ? Members dan88z Posted December 7, 2008 Members Share Posted December 7, 2008 You can return the zoom to an open channel on the board. That way you can have EQ on it if you want. Or you return it to one of the effects return inputs, and it'd probably be controlled from a return level knob. When I was running live sound I always liked returning it to an open channel on the board. Easier to grab a fader than find a small knob in a maze of knobs in the semi dark.
