Members Flying_Milkman
Playing Rugby with the guys and got tackled the wrong way. At least now I'll have a good excuse to actually practice guitar for the next 4 weeks...
Members Chugs
I'm 5'7, pretty scrawny and don't like rugby. I only ever played one game of rugby back when I was in High school. Some other kids convinced me to play at lunch break. I ran up and down the field for five minutes doing nothing and then I tackled a guy. We fell over together and the guy broke his collar bone. The game stopped and an ambulance was called. The guy was in hospital for a few days. I was never asked to play rugby again...
Members Flying_Milkman
Haha that sucks! This was the start of my 3rd season with a local club (The USA has them now). We had some new guys so we weren't playing full contact but a couple of the vets decided they were gonna start hitting. I had one of the props roll over my leg and heard a really solid pop and saw stars. I count myself lucky though - it's a twisted break but the bone stayed in place and didn't puncture the skin, but I'm out this season and I'm not sure I want to keep taking the risk of playing.
