Members 5150Watts Posted August 21, 2012 Members Share Posted August 21, 2012 I have a newer crybaby gcb95 that is getting scratchy. I have read that the Fulltone pot is a good replacement. Now excuse me if this is a stupid question, can that be installed on a newer crybaby? Reason I ask is that the current pot is surround by a small plastic blue box with three prongs sticking out going into a white connector that then goes to the wires. The Fulltone is a traditional looking pot. I assume you would just cut the wires where they meet the white connector and do a direct solder to the new pot. Is this correct?
