I didn't like a couple of items and sent them back with no problems at all. They even asked why I was returning the item and told them simply, I didn't care for it. Anyway, I think you'd be fine with them or American Musical or Musicans Friend. You're certain to hear horror stories about all of them though. Other stuff I've ordered from them has always shipped pretty quickly too and I've never had any problems with any shipments, damaged or anything like that. All you have to do is submit a form with a url to a better price, and 2 hours later, you get a better price from them...Their customer service is top notch...and if you're in the northeast, you can get stuff from them within a dar or two.
