Members jdubbs
Hello, I wanted to see if anyone out there had anything good/bad to say about the new Eon 10s. I just sold a pair of the old Eon 15s and I am downsizing. I'd like a small amp to use just for running vocal and piano through. If anyone has any other suggestions of something smaller in size for this purpose I'd appreciate it. Thanks!
Members ramkeys
Love 1 or 2.... 1- Splitter mic/splitter 1 to soundman, 2 to mixer w/effects (sound I hear controlled by me, does not affect board) 2- Kurzweil 2661 3- Korg CX-3 4- Various Roland Romplers POWER,SEPARATION,TONE,VOLUME FANTASTIC !!!!!!!!! Avoid very low synth tones, after all, its still a 10 inch. RICHARD

Members Bandard
I use 2 jbl eon 10's as my usual setup. Sounds great, as the ramkeys said, don't kill them with bass because they will distort. I don't sing, but do a little talking. I push my Kerz thru them. When I'm doing bass lines, I'll take Bertha (Mackie SRM450) instead of an eon 10, for the bass.
Members ZCat
don't do it, unless you plan on using an extra preamp.:cop: http://acapella.harmony-central.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2280206 http://forums.musicplayer.com/ubbthreads.php/topics/2032215/
Members jdubbs
thanks for the forum link Zcat. So are you still happy with your QSC 122i? quite a bit more expensive than the eon 10s but sounds like it may be worth the investment...
