Members radioclash Posted May 4, 2009 Members Share Posted May 4, 2009 Hi folks. I just purchased a Farfisa Combo Compact that is missing the upper casing. It works beautifully and sounds great, but it's missing that piece and needs a little cosmetic (i.e; Tolex) work. The guy I got it off of did a pretty awesome temporary fix by getting some heavy cardboard and folding it to the shape of the original housing, cut out the control openings, and then covered it in black sparkle vinyl. Here's some pics. Anyone have any idea where I can get a replacement housing for the upper part? If all else fails, I'll probably fabricate a new once from scratch out of plexi or something. One said they had 2 Farfisa's buried in their warehouse somewhere and to call them next weekend after they could dig them out and see if it's the same model as mine. The other just said "nope".
