Members MaNdU Posted August 4, 2009 Members Share Posted August 4, 2009 example: Yamaha P85 doesnt seem to have any line lvl or RCA output, just headphones. Does using the phones output with a DI Box for stage use make the sound low quality? Is there a tech problem doing that( phase, hum, noise)? I also have a Studio project VTB1 preamp with phase reverse and impedance switch, that can solve some tech problems if any. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Members TheB3Nut Posted August 4, 2009 Members Share Posted August 4, 2009 You'll want to use a TRS plug to keep from shorting out one of the stereo channels of the headphone amp, but the signal will be plenty clean and strong enough to use with a DI.
