Members c2dzmm
I am curios of the difference say between a jcm 800/900 or there 1960 cabs--------does it really matter--seems they all have the same speakers. Right?
Members Big Hair
not really much differenceI think the 900 cabs introduced the ohms & stereo input socket on the back You can tell what speakers are in the cab by the code:usually a jcm900 cab = t75sand a 1960 = t75a 1960v = v30sa 1960c = gbs

Right? I have one of each (800 & 900) The 800 is mono while the 900 is mono/stereo. The 800 is signifigantly brighter sounding, but that could be due to it being a slant cab while my 900 is a straight cab.
