Members brownbathrobe
I posted this in the High-Tech Guitar forum but I thought some of you keyboard types would probably know about this... I just picked up an Adrenalinn III the other day with in hopes of ending my quest for a guitar effects unit which syncs well to an external MIDI clock. The Adrenalinn does a great job of staying in sync, but I find the LFOs a little on the "pushy" side. I'm wondering about the possibility of adding a tiny bit (a few milliseconds) of delay to the MIDI clock so that the LFO would sit back a bit from my drum machine, which provides the MIDI clock. Is there an easy (ie: hardware) way to accomplish this or will I need to get my laptop involved? Thanks in advance!

Members Helmey
I've been thinking about this too.... Check out the Innerclock Sync Shift II, (innerclocksystems.com). This cool device allows you to offset two clocks relative to each other by a little or a lot. You can buy it from Analogue Haven. I want one! Members Texas Noise Factory
I want to think I've seen some AKAI MIDI Rack from back in the day that was a MIDI delay... Yep I did. I have no idea if it functions as you would like it to though. http://cgi.ebay.com/AKAI-ME10D-MIDI-DIGITAL--DELAY_W0QQitemZ350265682452QQcmdZViewItemQQimsxZ20091016?IMSfp=TL091016181006r21889

Members brownbathrobe
I'm not 100% sure how to interpret a MIDI implementation chart but from what I can understand the AKAI ME10D doesn't recognize MIDI clock messages. Does anyone want to confirm this for me? http://midimanuals.net/manuals/akai/me10d_midi_digital_delay/owners_manual/

Members asynchro_nous
Wow, that Sync Shift II is a beauty. Actually, even that old Akai would be pressed into service quickly in my studio -- the dynamics control is a nice touch, too.
Members brownbathrobe
The Sync-Shift looks pretty amazing alright. However, it's also about $500!!!Can anyone recommend other (cheaper) hardware options? Thanks!
