I've been thinking about doing some scratch tracks, but I think I'll use the line out on my mass attenuator... I'm not a big fan of direct in recording, so at this point I guess its just a lesser of two evils kind of thing... anybody have the freeware cab emulation plug in? Members loner22 Posted May 18, 2006 Members Share Posted May 18, 2006 amp's line out is actually a preamp out. or so is my guess.attenuator line out is preamp + poweramp signal. or so is my guess. the latter should be truer to what you're hearing in the room. or so is my guess.
